Deciding on the type of tenant(s) you want to find in a real estate investment can be helpful in finding your real estate investment. We have clients that want single tenant properies and others that prefer multi-tenant investments. Other clients tell us no food or video tenants - and others prefer food locations. Still other clients want office property and others want retail or industrial credit tenants only. Also, deciding on the location(s) in which you want to invest (or not) is worth pre-thinking before you begin your search. Even though our clients have different reasons and goals for their real estate investment, we find that most investors, if they think about it, have good reasons for investing in certain locations - and not in others. Location has always been an important key in real estate investments; but, so are the tenant types you decide to own or not have in your investment property.
