Tenants In Common (TIC) Investing

Many new TIC investment property offerings are coming to the market now. Investigate the offerings fees and costs as well as property type, location, the state tax environment and other property data before investing. Be sure and have the TIC offering analyzed for actual return on investment after all fees are accounted for over the projected hold period for your investment.
