Industrial and Office Markets Strong

There will be $300 to $310 billion in office and industrial construction in the 4th quarter. This is up from the $296 billion in the 2nd Quarter. Absorption total for these two commercial sectors is projected to be 70-90 million square feet in the 4th quarter. These are remarkable numbers regardless of who is counting.

Investment Outlook 2010

A recent RCA Report had these predictions and comments on the investment real estate outlook now and out to 2010. The good news....relatively stable CAP rates and strong capital flows should keep prices up for the next few years. A quote from the article indicates that "For the first time in a long time, real estate is priced right relative to interest rates."

What Do You Want?
