Finding Real Estate Investment Property

Identify an experieced real estate broker. Give the broker well defined property requirements. Set a deadline for finding three investment properties that meet your specific investment goals. Spend more time defining what you want before you turn your broker loose to find it. It's hard to know when we have found the right investment property if we don't know what it is before we start looking. Require the broker to go directly to specialists in addition to the normal sites. Use current market logic and conditions to realistically define your investment target. Find the real estate investment property you want.
