Falling Net Lease Investment Prices

As CAPs rise good investments are avaliable. Well located net lease properites may be obtained at CAP rates that were not available 9 months ago. The market now offers opportunities for investment that have not been seen recently. Identifying the location that will appreciate over the hold period takes some looking, but more are available now. Know what you want for upleg or target property before you begin your search. Takes some looking...but its worth the time and care.
